½ SEASON FOOTBALL & ACADEMICS

BOYS & GIRLS

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

1-TO-1 HIGH INTENSITY FOOTBALL TRAINING SESSIONS

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • These sessions focus on improving a player's overall performance. Physical and cognitive drills are used to enhance speed, reaction time, and decision-making skills, to improve the player’s ability to quickly react to game situations.
  • Each training session lasts one hour and is designed to address specific goals, such as for example: prepping for an international tournament or for trials, or simply to improve and perfect a player’s skills and enhance the player’s overall performance.
  • These 1-to-1 sessions are also recommended following an injury, to prepare the player before they get back into the game.
  • The following sessions are a constructive build-up of drills tailored to the exact needs of the player and in function to their abilities to learn and improve.
  • The goal is to boost a player’s natural skills and increase the player’s vision of the game to help them become high performing, intelligent players on the field.
  • They are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French
  • Players can choose their time and date and we have one-offs or discounted packs of 4 to 8 sessions

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Training sessions using our unique YRDS methodlogy – age appropirate pro-football training drills and technical development program
  • Trainings take place at the beach and the pitch in San Pedro Alcantara, Spain
WEEKLY: MONDAY TO SUNDAY - 10:00-12:00
WINTER: CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
  • Hands-on approach – our coaches get involved and participate with our players
