These sessions focus on improving a player's overall performance. Physical and cognitive drills are used to enhance speed, reaction time, and decision-making skills, to improve the player’s ability to quickly react to game situations.
Each training session lasts one hour and is designed to address specific goals, such as for example: prepping for an international tournament or for trials, or simply to improve and perfect a player’s skills and enhance the player’s overall performance.
These 1-to-1 sessions are also recommended following an injury, to prepare the player before they get back into the game.
The following sessions are a constructive build-up of drills tailored to the exact needs of the player and in function to their abilities to learn and improve.
The goal is to boost a player’s natural skills and increase the player’s vision of the game to help them become high performing, intelligent players on the field.
